Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk. Let soak for 5 minutes until softened.
In a large mixing bowl, gently combine ground turkey, ground beef, soaked breadcrumbs, beaten egg, diced onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix just until combined - don't overmix.
Transfer meat mixture to prepared loaf pan and shape into an even loaf, smoothing the top.
In a small bowl, mix ketchup and brown sugar for the glaze. Spread evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Slice and serve warm with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes and green vegetables.
