Ingredients

- 1 lbbeef sirloin, cut into 2-inch strips
- 1 1/2 cupfresh broccoli florets
- 1 redbell pepper, cut into matchsticks
- 2carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 greenonion, chopped
- 1 tspminced garlic
- 2 tbspsoy sauce
- 2 tbspsesame seeds, toasted
