Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook for 5-6 minutes until no longer pink.
Stir in chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute until spices are fragrant.
Add diced tomatoes, black beans, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until liquid reduces slightly.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top, cover skillet, and cook for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve immediately with rice, tortillas, or crusty bread.
