Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, 2 cloves minced garlic, oregano, half the parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
Form mixture into 20 meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place on prepared baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
Meanwhile, heat remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
Add remaining garlic and cherry tomatoes to skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tomatoes start to soften.
Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Simmer for 5 minutes to reduce slightly.
Add cooked meatballs to the skillet and gently toss to coat with sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Garnish with remaining parsley and crumbled feta cheese. Serve immediately over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread.
