Irish Coffee
Warm up with this classic Irish coffee, a delightful mix of strong coffee, Irish whiskey, and a fluffy layer of whipped cream that makes for the perfect cozy drink.

Ingredients
- 16 ozHot Water
- 2 tspLight Brown Sugar
- 1 cupBrewed Coffee
- 2 ozIrish Whiskey(such as Jameson)
- 1/2 cupHeavy Cream(for topping)
- Chocolate Shavings(for garnish)
Instructions

Fill 2 mugs with hot water and let sit for 2 minutes. Pour out water and add 1 teaspoon light brown sugar to each mug.

Pour over hot coffee and stir to dissolve sugar, then pour in whiskey.

In a separate bowl, whisk cream until soft peaks form. Top coffee with cream by gently pouring over the back of a warm spoon.

Garnish with chocolate shavings.
