This vibrant pasta dish brings together tender ground turkey and crisp snap peas in a bright, lemony sauce that feels both satisfying and refreshingly light. With fresh herbs and a hint of Parmesan, it's the perfect weeknight dinner that tastes like spring on a plate.

Cook pasta per package directions. In final minute of cooking, add snap peas and cook 1 minute. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet on medium. Add shallot and cook, stirring occasionally, until beginning to soften, 2 to 3 minutes. Add ground turkey, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper and cook, breaking up into small pieces, until nearly cooked through, 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute more. Add wine and lemon juice and simmer 1 minute. Stir in parsley and lemon zest.
Toss in pasta and snap peas, 1/2 cup reserved pasta water (adding more if pasta seems dry), and Parmesan. Fold in half of basil. Serve topped with remaining basil, additional lemon zest, additional Parmesan, and drizzle of olive oil if desired.
