- 1 8-oz. sheetpuff pastry sheet(thawed according to package directions)
- 1 7-oz. wheelbrie wheel
- 3 tbsp.preserves(such as cherry or raspberry)
- 1egg(lightly beaten)
- 2 tbsp.sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp.honey
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. On a lightly floured surface, roll puff pastry out to an 11" square. Place brie in center and top with preserves. Brush puff pastry all over with egg wash. Fold one corner over brie, then continue folding puff pastry over brie, creating pleats. Brush top with egg wash.

Bake until lightly golden, about 25 minutes. Top with almonds and bake until golden brown, 5 to 8 minutes more. Let cool at least 10 minutes.
